  • ​Stop Eating At Night: I mean, if you're hungry, eat food
  • ​30 Day Flat Abs Challenge: You can't spot reduce fat. Doing tons of crunches builds muscle under fat

And, with all of those different strategies, do you know what typically happens? 


Failure.


Because, these strategies are unsustainable, unhealthy and they ultimately perpetuate and create eating disorders.

But then, I was effing miserable.

And one of the reasons that I struggled for so long to lose weight was because…


THE DIET INDUSTRY IS AN A-HOLE.


I was taught and believed the lie that getting healthy meant hating my life…


That I had to cut out carbs, starve, “eat clean”, that sugar was bad, apples were good...


And that if I wanted to lose weight, I'd have to suffer.


Whenever I tried to lose weight, I got confused and overwhelmed by all of the contradicting information...


Or, I would crash diet, eliminate a food group, lose weight, and then gain it all back plus some.

And then, one day everything changed.

EVERYTHING...


I was so miserable, and my doctor told me that the only feasible way to lose as much weight as I needed to was to get weight loss surgery...


So I decided that's what I was going to do.


But I was also told I needed a “recorded attempt at medical weight loss” to be approved for it...


So, begrudgingly, I agreed to eat in a calorie deficit...


I had a horrible attitude (I even ate m&ms on the way home lol), and I remember being like,


“Ok, fine. I'll do it. But it's not going to work.”


And then you know what happened?


IT. FREAKING. WORKED.


And I never needed the surgery.  

And since that day, I am so proud to share that I have lost 155 pounds and more importantly, I want to show you how to make this happen too.

And I am able to eat all the foods that I love.


💗 I don’t deprive myself.

💗 I have more energy than ever before

💗 I love myself more than I ever have.

I was still allowed to eat pizza, cookies, hamburgers and even french fries.

Obviously, everything in moderation. I'm all about showing you balance.
